Idea Hotel Milano San Siro

As young holiday goers, we loved the spacious rooms and the comfy beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a shuttle service to a nearby train station, making it convenient to explore the city. The internet was reliable and easy to connect to once we figured it out. it was a nice hotel in a good location.

During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the service given to me. Despite the hotel being in a remote area with no public transport within walking distance, the staff went above and beyond with room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink and happy hour provided. The room amenities were also great, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The room itself was soundproofed, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. I also appreciated the patio and the safe in the room for my valuables. The hotel offered a packed lunch and special diet menus, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of options.

I would definitely recommend this place to others as it has everything you need and more.

The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and the shuttle driver even dropped me off at a more convenient location. The hotel was also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of fruits and a hot and cold buffet. I had a great experience at this hotel.
